BF7112A
BYD BF7112A automotive-grade 8-bit DW8051 MCU, 30 KB flash and 2 KB EEPROM, 24 MHz, AEC-Q100 Grade 1 in a 28-pin TSSOP.
The BF7112A is a BYD Semiconductor 8-bit automotive-grade microcontroller with a DW8051 core, in a 28-pin TSSOP package. It embeds 30 KB of program memory, 1 KB of RAM and 2 KB of EEPROM, runs at up to 24 MHz, and includes general-purpose timers, a 16-bit RTC, PWM channels, up to 25 general-purpose I/O pins, an ADC and interfaces such as an interrupt controller, UART and I2C, which suit a simple body-control task such as a light, a small motor or a sensor interface at a low cost and a low pin count. The device is manufactured on an automotive-qualified process, tested to the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standard under an IATF 16949 quality system and rated over -40 °C to +125 °C, with robust ESD protection for the electrical environment of a vehicle. The on-chip EEPROM and the wide voltage range of about 2.7 V to 5.5 V simplify a small control board. Typical applications include lighting control, small motor control, sensor detection, control panels and small appliances. Every MCU BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Our FAE team helps you choose the core and the package and plan the peripherals.
FAE Professional Review
The BF7112A is an 8-bit automotive-grade MCU for a simple, cost-sensitive control task, with the on-chip EEPROM and the PWM and ADC channels that a small light, motor or sensor interface needs. It is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 with a wide temperature and voltage range. Choose it when the code and the pin count are modest; step up to the 32-bit BF7006 series when you need more.

Frequently Asked Questions
What projects suit the BF7112A?
It suits a simple, cost-sensitive control task such as lighting, a small motor or a sensor interface, with a low pin count and the on-chip EEPROM, PWM and ADC that the application needs.
Confirm the pin count for your peripherals.
When should I choose a 32-bit MCU instead?
Choose the 32-bit BF7006 series when the code, the memory or the interface demand is higher, such as a body module with CAN and LIN, or a control loop that needs a faster core and more channels. The 8-bit part is best for the simple, low-cost cases.
Our FAE team can help match the core.
