Why We Expanded the Program

Demand for reliable power and control devices has grown as manufacturers in motor drive, photovoltaic, energy storage and electric vehicle look for power modules, current sensors and microcontrollers that give an efficient and reliable result. To meet that demand, BeiLuo has expanded its stocking program for genuine BYD Semiconductor devices across its regional warehouses. The goal is simple: cut lead times for the fast-moving modules, sensors and MCUs that production lines depend on, and keep them available when customers need them, whether the quantity is a handful of samples or a full production build.

BYD Semiconductor designs and manufactures its own IGBT chips and packages them into modules and intelligent power modules, and it also supplies automotive-grade microcontrollers and current sensors, so a system can draw its power stage, its sensing and its control from one supplier. By holding the mainstream models in regional inventory, BeiLuo removes the gap between a design win and a production run, and it gives engineers a local source that can respond in days rather than the weeks a factory allocation can take.

What Is Now Stocked

The expanded program covers four broad families. On the IGBT side we stock the T-type and I-type three-level modules for solar inverters and motor drives. On the IPM side we stock the 600 V intelligent power modules with a three-phase inverter, gate drivers and protection for motor control. On the sensor side we stock the isolated Hall-effect current sensors for motor, battery and power-current measurement. And on the control side we stock the automotive-grade 8-bit and 32-bit MCUs with CAN and LIN. Together the families serve motor drives, photovoltaic and storage inverters, EV power electronics, and industrial automation.

Power Modules

The stocked power modules include the BYD three-level IGBT modules, which divide the bus so each device sustains about half the voltage and produce a cleaner output than a two-level bridge, and the 600 V intelligent power modules, which integrate the three-phase inverter, the gate drivers and the protection in one package for a compact motor drive. Both use a low-inductance layout and a direct-bonded-copper substrate for a good thermal path.

Sensors and MCUs

The stocked current sensors measure the current with a magnetic, contactless principle, so they remove the shunt and the isolation amplifier that a high-side design would need. The stocked MCUs are automotive-grade, tested to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 under an IATF 16949 system, with a functional-safety capability up to ISO 26262 ASIL B and a -40 °C to +125 °C range, and they offer 8-bit and 32-bit cores with CAN and LIN.

What This Means for Customers

For design and production teams, in-stock devices shorten the gap between prototype validation and volume build. Instead of waiting on a long factory allocation, customers can pull mainstream models from regional inventory and keep projects on schedule. The program also supports sample quantities, so engineers can validate the loss, the thermal behavior and the accuracy before committing to production volumes, and it keeps a reorder fast when a design moves into series production.

Documentation With Every Order

Every shipment includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file, so customs clearance and quality audits stay straightforward. Buyers who audit suppliers will find the documentation complete and consistent, which matters when a device sources into a product that ships worldwide. Documentation is prepared before dispatch, so it arrives together with the parts rather than trailing them.

Regional Warehousing and Lead Time

The stocked models are held in regional warehouses close to major manufacturing centers, so a mainstream part can move in days. Allocation-sensitive or automotive-qualified parts are scheduled against customer forecasts, and BeiLuo confirms availability before you commit to an order. This two-part approach balances fast delivery for the common parts against predictable supply for the qualified models, which is exactly what a production schedule needs.

How to Access the Program

Customers can ask for a stocked model, a sample or a volume quotation by contacting the BeiLuo team. If you send your topology, voltage, current, package and application, our FAE engineers will confirm the best-fit device, verify the specification and quote with current stock and lead time. Combined with the documentation that ships on every order, the expanded program gives design and production teams a reliable local source for BYD devices across the motor, solar, storage, EV and industrial segments.
